This webinar will feature presentations and a discussion covering a variety of important topics pertaining to Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) Part 243, including the upcoming deadlines and the implications for railroad contractors and suppliers. Following the presentations, NRC members will have the opportunity to ask questions of the presenters.

FRA Part 243 requires each railroad or contractor that employs one or more safety-related railroad employee to develop and submit a training program to FRA for approval and to designate the minimum training qualifications for each occupational category of employee.
