The National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association (NRC) held its 2024 Annual Conference from January 3 through 6 at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona. Most of the conference presentations are posted below, including those by railway executive and engineering leaders regarding their 2024 capital programs as well as regulatory and industry professionals.
